Key Responsibilities
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment during cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures
- Assist cardiologists and vascular surgeons as a scrub tech during procedures
- Monitor hemodynamic data and document procedures accurately
- Provide shared on-call coverage for a 24/7 cath lab when required
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless workflow and patient care
Required Qualifications
- MIRT license and current RT or RCIS certification
- ACLS and CPR certifications (AHA)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cath lab setting
- Epic experience and specific cath lab procedure experience
- Ability to operate diagnostic imaging equipment and assist during complex procedures
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a hospital-based cath lab environment
- Strong understanding of hemodynamic monitoring and documentation
- Ability to work rotating weekends and call shifts
