Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
- Observe, record, and report residents' health status and any changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of nursing actions and resident progress
- Rotate every other weekend and participate in holiday staffing as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active NC LPN license or valid compact license
- BLS certification
- 1 or more years of recent geriatric LPN experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- PCC experience (preferred)
- 18 months of LPN experience
