Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services for orthopedic, work-related, and pelvic health patients.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize clinic efficiency.
• Ensure documentation and treatment plans meet productivity and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and obtain approval from the director for any overtime hours.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist or PTA (depending on the candidate).
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to see approximately 12-14 patients daily.
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week.
• Open to new graduates and first-time travel therapists.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in orthopedic, work compensation, or pelvic health therapy.
• Flexibility to float to neighboring clinics or work within a travel team if needed.
