• Full-time, day shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Monitor and manage critical patients, including telemetry and dysrhythmia care
• Administer IV insulin, Heparin, blood products, and manage vasoactive drips with titration
• Implement renal failure protocols, wound care, and non-invasive airway management (CPAP/BIPAP)
• Utilize rapid response team protocols and document care accurately in electronic health records (EPIC)
• Support patient safety through cardiac monitoring, medication administration, and airway management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience
• Valid compact or state nursing license for Ohio (or eligible for licensure)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications
• Ability to perform detailed telemetry & dysrhythmia management
• Experience with VAD management and IV protocols (Insulin, Heparin)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in telemetry and stepdown units or PCU
• Familiarity with renal failure and vasoactive medication management
• Strong wound care skills, including wound vac application
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-acuity environments

Additional Notes

• NO RTO between 2/15/26 and 2/28/26 due to new tower opening
• Candidates must complete Ohio fingerprinting process immediately upon contract signing to avoid delays
• Local candidates preferred; driving to fingerprinting locations required for out-of-state travelers
• References: Two professional references required, including at least one from a supervisor or director
• RTO must be built into the contract at submission
• Candidates must have applicable certifications and an active Ohio or compact RN license at submission time
