Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to patients within a clinical or educational setting
• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate with families to support patient outcomes
• Maintain adherence to compliance and documentation standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Proven experience in speech and language therapy (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
• Bilingual skills or experience working with diverse dialects are a plus

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a school, outpatient, or inpatient setting
• Familiarity with therapy tools and assessment software
• Pediatric or adult therapy experience (depending on client need)
