Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing rehabilitation services to patients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the therapy team.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.
• Support patients in regaining mobility and functional abilities through therapeutic activities.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility standards.
• May be required to float between two nearby facilities within walking distance, providing consistent patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
• Ability to adapt to different clinical environments as needed.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
