Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
- Administer medications and monitor patient health.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.
- Document patient assessments and treatments accurately.
- Support rehabilitation and recovery processes for acute rehab patients.
- Participate in weekend rotation and holiday coverage as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active NC LPN license or Compact license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Geriatric LPN care.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in an acute rehab unit.
- Ability to handle the complexities of skilled nursing care.
