• Full-time, night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 1 shift per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, age-specific patient care utilizing the nursing process for patients of all ages.
• Administer medications accurately following the 7 Rights (Drug, Client, Dose, Time, Route, Reason, Documentation).
• Respond appropriately in emergency situations, demonstrating skills in ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS/ENPC.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans, discharge instructions, and health promotion.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations ensuring privacy and security of patient information.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulatory standards, and hospital policies, including professional and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Valid Colorado RN license or multistate RN license via Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC/ATCN, ENPC.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience.
• Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations and demonstrate professional competency.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Certifications such as CEN, NIHSS are a plus.
• Experience in emergency or trauma nursing preferred.
