Job Title

• Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Day shifts, 4 days per week, approximately 10.5 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures.
• Assist with various procedures including Left Heart Cath, PCI, Pacemakers, TEE, Stress Tests, and Loop Recorders.
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures, ensuring safety and compliance with protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including on-call responsibilities (12-15 days per month).

Required Qualifications

• Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or EP unit.
• Prior experience with cardiac procedures such as PCI, Pacemakers, TEE, etc.
• BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to changing unit needs.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with scrub, monitor, and circulating roles during procedures.
• Familiarity with GE Innova and MacLab equipment.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
