Key Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room setting
- Assist with preoperative assessments and preparations
- Support surgical teams during procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to intraoperative needs
- Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
Required Qualifications
- Valid California RN license
- BLS and ACLS certification
- At least 1 year of recent charge or relief charge nurse experience in an operating room setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Certification in perioperative nursing (CPAN or CAPA)
