Schedule / Job Type

• Night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM), Monday-Thursday (closed Fridays)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a fast-paced, 23-hour observation unit within a surgical center.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR nurses to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.
• Monitor patients undergoing orthopedic, interventional radiology, or GI procedures.
• Float within scope to different units or sister facilities as needed, with potential for varying night staffing models.
• Adhere to established protocols for patient safety and care standards in a multi-service environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.

Required Qualifications

• South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in a hospital or surgical setting.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and adapt to float requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in surgical recovery, orthopedic, or interventional radiology units.
• Previous work in fast-paced outpatient or ambulatory surgery environments.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams in a high-volume setting.
