Key Responsibilities
- Assist with procedures in the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs.
- Set up and operate fluoroscopy equipment and other specialized devices.
- Support the healthcare team with accurate monitoring, equipment setup, and sterile procedures.
- Perform EKG lead placement and prep access sites for interventions.
- Recognize and respond to life-threatening arrhythmias during procedures.
- Maintain a sterile environment and assist as a scrub or room circulator during procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a Cath Lab or EP Lab setting (minimum 2 years).
- Knowledge of fluoroscopy equipment, specifically Siemens.
- Ability to perform EKG lead placement and assist with vascular access.
- Familiarity with sterile techniques and equipment setup.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols including isolation precautions.
- Available to respond within 30 minutes for on-call situations.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with specialized procedures such as TAVI/TAVR, Watchman device, or OCT.
- Knowledge of vascular closure systems (Perclose, StarClose).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, procedure-based environment.

- Candidate must have a valid WA or compact license and provide proof of local residence within 50 miles of the facility.
- Compliance items must be completed within 72 hours of offer acceptance.
- Reliable transportation and availability for on-call for emergencies are required.
