Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards.
• Complete necessary documentation directly with ATI as part of the onboarding process prior to the assignment start date.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Ensure active licensure and compliance with all licensing requirements.
• Follow facility protocols, including dress code and equipment usage.

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington.
• Experience in setting and providing physical therapy treatments.
• Ability to complete required documentation and credentialing processes efficiently.
• Reliable transportation and availability for a day shift schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior work experience at ATI within the last year or relevant PRN/perm work history.
• Knowledge of credentialing requirements and documentation processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
