• Full-time, Days, 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care to diverse patient populations in a home health setting.
• Perform assessments, develop and implement care plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Administer medications, manage wound care, and utilize advanced skills such as phlebotomy, port access, and ventilator management.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medication administration, and health maintenance.
• Document care accurately using the EPIC charting system.
• Participate in rotating weekend and on-call responsibilities, including overnight shifts, ensuring patient needs are met around the clock.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 1-2 years of home health, MS, or acute care nursing experience.
• Valid RN license in Missouri or an appropriate compact state, with license in hand at submission.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with complex medical procedures such as wound vacs, catheter care, infusion therapies, telemetry, and ventilator management.
• Ability to travel within a designated territory of 40-80 miles; mileage reimbursed at $0.55 per mile.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system.
• Phlebotomy skills and experience with infusion devices, cardiac monitoring, and wound care.
• Strong assessment skills for managing high-acuity patients with limited resources.
