Registered Nurse - ICU

Elizabethtown, KY
Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, night shifts, 3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage critically ill ICU patients, including airway management and ventilated patients
- Administer and titrate IV vasopressors and sedation
- Monitor and interpret ABGs and dysrhythmias
- Perform central line management and control IV drips
- Implement isolation precautions and triage in ER or ICU settings
- Maintain computerized documentation and adhere to infection control protocols
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1.5 years of recent ICU experience
- Valid licensure (in hand or compact license)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS (ER only) certifications
- Strong CRRT and IABP experience
- Able to manage multisystem organ dysfunction and failure
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Artline management (preferable for ER)
- Proficiency with Epic electronic medical record system
- Demonstrated competence in airway management and dysrhythmia interpretation
