Key Responsibilities
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients requiring occupational therapy services.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy exercises and strategies to support recovery.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• State-specific certification and registration as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with ergonomic and adaptive equipment.
