Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, travel, 13-week assignment, day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for medical-surgical patients in a hospital setting
• Administer medications, IVs, and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor patient conditions and document care in medical records using EMR system
• Assist with procedures such as urinary catheter insertion, IV insertions, and NGT management
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure patient comfort and safety
• Respond to patient needs promptly and communicate effectively with team members

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• 1+ years of recent acute med/surg experience within the last year
• Ability to care for 4-6 patients per shift
• Strong clinical skills, including IV insertion, medication administration, and patient assessment
• Friendly, positive, patient-centered, and team-focused personality

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2+ years of experience working with neuro patients (CVA, TIA, AMS)
• Experience with standard nursing procedures and documentation
