Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Develop and update individualized nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Communicate changes in patient’s clinical condition to physicians, supervisors, and team members.
• Participate in discharge planning and coordination of patient care transitions.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recent experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
• Valid OH Registered Nurse (RN) license; multi-state licensure preferred.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS (American Heart Association), and CPI.
• Ability to work night shifts, including weekend and holiday coverage as required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of psychiatric patient care standards and safety regulations.
