Schedule / Job Type

• Full-Time, Night Shifts (3x12 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to telemetry patients in an acute care hospital setting
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, medications, and drips, ensuring no titration is involved
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update patient care plans
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in the charting system
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations during night shifts
• Float within scope to other units or facilities as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Missouri or Illinois (compact license preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent telemetry experience
• BCLS and NIH certifications are required; ACLS and CPI are preferred
• Proficiency in reading cardiac rhythms and managing cardiac medications and drips without titration

Preferred Experience / Skills

• EPIC electronic charting system experience
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
