Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients according to treatment plans.
• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing patient care and rehabilitation programs.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using electronic health record systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Support patients in their recovery and adherence to therapy protocols.
• Contribute to a positive and professional clinical environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to work days with some flexibility for weekends and holidays.
• EPIC charting system knowledge preferred.
• Willingness to work within hospital policies, including compliance and documentation standards.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records.
• Ability to float within scope as needed, though not required to float between facilities.
• Understanding of hospital protocols and interdisciplinary collaboration.
