• Therapist - Physical Therapist

• Capitola, CA
Schedule / Job Type
• Rotating shifts, Part-time, 13-week assignment, 30 hours guaranteed, start as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and treatment plans
• Assess patient condition and develop individualized therapy plans
• Implement therapy programs aimed at improving mobility, function, and overall well-being
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the treatment period
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications
• Valid state Physical Therapist license or equivalent Credential
• Proven experience in physical therapy or relevant healthcare setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in outpatient or hospital settings
• Familiarity with orthopedic or neurologic rehabilitation
