Key Responsibilities

• Provide critical nursing care to patients in the ICU setting, adhering to established standards of practice.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Support patients of various age groups, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
• Maintain a professional and compassionate presence in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• Critical care experience of at least two years.
• Ability to read telemetry.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work night shifts reliably.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a critical access hospital or small ICU setting.
• Familiarity with AACN standards.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
