Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced nursing care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for critically ill adult patients.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and support life-saving procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient progress and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
- Float to Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit as needed, maintaining flexibility across units.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU RN experience.
- Valid RN license.
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ICU experience in a Level 1 or 2 Trauma Center.
- Experience with CTS and Neuro patients.
- TNCC certification.
