Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care and rehabilitation services
• Support treatment plans by implementing therapy exercises and documenting patient progress
• Monitor patient responses and communicate any concerns to supervising therapists
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment in accordance with clinical guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• Active physical therapy assistant license or certification
• Strong understanding of patient care procedures in a clinical environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations in a rehabilitation setting
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
