Job Title

• Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant

• Fremont, CA

Schedule / Job Type

• Days shift, 4 days per week, approximately 8.5 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients
• Administer therapeutic interventions and exercises to improve patient mobility and function
• Monitor patient progress and report findings to supervising therapists
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
• Ensure a safe and clean clinical environment following facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Certified or licensed Physical Therapy Assistant credential
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a outpatient or clinical setting
• Knowledge of current therapy techniques and equipment
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
