• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Proven experience in speech-language therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Knowledge of clinical and documentation standards.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in a healthcare or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with pediatric or adult therapy populations.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
