• Day shifts, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessment and treatment for patients as a licensed speech-language pathologist in an acute care setting.
• Maintain clinical competency through ongoing education and professional development.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Supervise students when available and participate in departmental programs and initiatives.
• Adhere to ethical standards and departmental processes, including productivity and care prioritization.
• Cover weekend shifts approximately once per month, with flexible scheduling as needed.

Required Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification
• Maryland State License (pending license approval is acceptable)
• Ability to work in an acute care environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in acute care settings preferred
• ASHA certification desirable
