Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, Nights shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced respiratory care and management for critical and emergency patients.
• Maintain and operate ventilators, including V60 (bipap), GE 860 ventilators, Vapotherms, and other equipment.
• Perform ABG procedures, analysis, and interpretation to guide patient treatment plans.
• Participate in all code responses, rapid responses, and intubations as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document all procedures and patient assessments accurately in Cerner system.

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• At least 2 years of critical care or emergency respiratory experience.
• Ability to perform ABG procedures and manage ventilators independently.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with proactive patient care approach.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital environment with emergency and critical care units.
• Familiarity with Vent management, daily treatments, and assessments.
• Ability to work independently and respond effectively during emergencies.
