Key Responsibilities
- Provide licensed practical nursing care within a correctional facility setting.
- Follow all security protocols; no cell phones or smart watches are permitted inside the secure perimeter.
- Communicate with loved ones and coordinate patient care from designated workstations.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality under strict security conditions.
- Work collaboratively with facility staff to ensure inmate health needs are met.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Proven experience in nursing, preferably in correctional or similar secure environments.
- Ability to adhere to strict security protocols and guidelines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in correctional facilities or law enforcement medical environments.
- Knowledge of security procedures and confined setting healthcare protocols.
