Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed physical therapists in administering treatment plans to patients.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout therapy sessions.
• Set up therapy equipment and prepare treatment areas.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and at-home care routines.
• Maintain clean and organized therapy environments in compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update patient care plans.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Proven experience working with patients in a therapy setting.
• Knowledge of orthopedic, neurological, and rehabilitative therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in outpatient or hospital therapy environments.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
