Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments for residents.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to enhance mobility, safety, and quality of life.
- Collaborate with rehab team, nursing staff, and healthcare partners to coordinate care.
- Document services accurately using electronic health records (training available).
- Support a positive, resident-centered culture within the therapy department.
Required Qualifications
- Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license in good standing.
- CPR certification through The American Heart Association or The Red Cross.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience working in senior care or related settings.
- Ability to obtain TB or PPD test within 30 days of start date.
- Background check, fingerprinting, and physical performed by a healthcare professional.
- Covid vaccination records or valid exemption.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in skilled nursing, personal care, or independent living environments.
- Knowledge of electronic health record systems, such as Net Health.
