Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shift, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized perioperative care to cardiac surgery patients within the CVOR team
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor patient status and manage pre- and post-operative procedures
• Adhere to hospital and unit-specific protocols and safety standards
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
• Float within hospital departments as needed to support staffing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Valid PA RN license or Compact license at the time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU or cardiac surgery experience (cardio thoracic experience strongly preferred)
• Current COVID-19 vaccination and booster status
• Basic life support (BLS) certification
• Strong clinical skills in cardiac perioperative care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting
• Knowledge of hospital protocols related to cardiac surgery
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
