Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical setting, following established protocols and standards
- Monitor and assess patient condition, administer medications, and document care activities accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Manage patient isolation procedures related to infectious diseases such as COVID-19 and Monkey Pox
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and uphold infection control protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid Nursys license and current certification in nursing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical environment
- EPIC electronic health record (EHR) system proficiency required
- Ability to meet all onboarding requirements, including a complete profile with demographic information and a badge-appropriate photo
- Demonstrated experience handling infectious isolation cases, including COVID-19 and Monkey Pox
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital setting with a diverse patient population
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with hospital protocols and documentation standards
