Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse adult patient population, including spinal, neuro, trauma, surgical, and emergency cases such as gunshot wounds, quad, and paraplegic patients
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately using EPIC electronic health record system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and licensing requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including skills checklists, references, and certification verification

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a medical-surgical setting or relevant specialty
• Valid nursing license and Nursys license verification
• Proficiency with EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
• Ability to document work history with no gaps exceeding 60 days in Resume/Profile
• Must include demographic information and a badge-appropriate picture in profile

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for neurotrauma, trauma, or orthopedic patients
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
