Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shift, 5 days per week, 8.5-hour shifts, 13-week duration with rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to clients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Engage with patients to assess their needs and progress.
• Support patient recovery through evidence-based interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical interactions and treatment plans.
• Work effectively across inpatient and outpatient environments on the same campus.

Required Qualifications

• Valid social work or counseling license or certification.
• Experience in mental health or inpatient/outpatient settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in hospital or inpatient settings.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
