Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care and monitor patients in a Medical Surgical unit.
• Assist with patient assessments, treatment plans, and medication administration.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Support patients with spinal, neuro, trauma, surgical, gunshot, quad, or paraplegic needs.

Required Qualifications

• Valid nursing license and verification through Nursys or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Medical Surgical specialty.
• Current certification card and skills checklist.
• Epic electronic medical record system experience.
• Must include a professional photo in profile and all demographic information.
• Work history with no gaps greater than 60 days.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for patients with spinal cord injuries, neuro trauma, or surgical backgrounds.
• Ability to handle complex cases such as gunshot wounds or paraplegic patients.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
