Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients, including evaluation, treatment planning, and intervention.
• Manage a caseload that typically involves seeing 12-14 patients per day, with double booking of follow-up visits.
• Maintain productivity standards of 60 visits per week and document patient progress accordingly.
• Follow clinic policies regarding work hours, with a guaranteed 36-hour workweek and flexibility up to 40 hours.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care and effective treatment outcomes.
• Adhere to all clinical and safety protocols and obtain necessary approvals for additional therapy services.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active physical therapy license.
• Relevant outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work day shifts on a full-time basis.
• Willingness to accept first-time travel assignments and new graduate candidates.
• Good communication and patient management skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedics experience.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high patient volumes.
