Job Title

• Surgical Technician – Operating Room (Travel)

• Englewood, CO

Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, 13-week assignment, Days shift, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 4 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with surgical procedures in a busy operating room setting for elective and trauma cases
• Support surgical team with instrumentation, equipment setup, and sterile procedures
• Maintain a high level of patient and staff safety and ensure compliance with hospital policies
• Adapt to flexible scheduling including call shifts as needed
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth surgical workflow

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Surgical Technician or Surgical Tech in OR settings
• Valid certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent
• Prior OR experience with orthopedics/joint procedures
• Flexibility to work various shifts and call requirements
• Knowledge of EMR systems, preferably Meditech

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Trauma, Level I, or high-acuity case experience preferred
• Experience in ORs handling diverse procedures excluding CVOR, Neuro, and Transplants
• Strong teamwork and accountability skills
• Familiarity with advanced equipment and technology in surgical environments
