Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, nights shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 13-week assignment, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Medical-Surgical unit during night shifts.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care provided.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Assist with patient assessments and discharge planning as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a travel assignment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a float pool or traveling nurse roles.
- Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Knowledge of hospital protocols and procedures.
