Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients according to treatment plans.
• Complete necessary documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding equipment and safety procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training as required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in clinical setting providing physical therapy services.
• Ability to set up and operate required equipment.
• Must be able to work 8-hour shifts comfortably.
• Provide documentation during interviews as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting.
• familiarity with credentialing processes.

Additional Details

• Start Date: 3/16
• Schedule: 5 days per week, days shift
• Bill Rate: $90/hour
• Bill GWW: 40 hours/week
• Pay GWW: Yes
• Overtime Bill: 1.5x
• Billing Cycle: Weekly
• Notice Period: 30 days
• Parking and dress code will be provided during onboarding.
• Equipment will be provided during interview.
