Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans in coordination with an interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications, including IV therapies, and perform patient assessments.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and rehabilitation goals.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records using electronic health records (Meditech).
• Support a recovery-focused environment utilizing state-of-the-art equipment.
Required Qualifications
• Valid LPN license with IV certification.
• BLS certification.
• Must be a registered nurse with at least 2 years of experience.
• Ability to read telemetry monitoring.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• CRRN certification.
• Knowledge of quality indicator scoring in post-acute settings.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with patient lifts, glucometers, and inhaler administration.
