Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, night shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, 7 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care to inmates within a correctional facility.
• Monitor and record patient health status, ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
• Follow strict security guidelines, including restrictions on personal electronic devices.
• Communicate effectively with staff and coordinate care within secure parameters.
• Document patient interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Previous experience in correctional or institutional healthcare preferred.
• Ability to adhere to strict security and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Must be able to work night shifts and every other weekend.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior correctional healthcare experience.
• Knowledge of jail or detention facility procedures.
• Ability to work independently in a secure environment.
