Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including ortho, vestibular, geriatric, work comp, and athletes.
• Manage a productivity goal of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily with double-booked follow-up visits.
• Flexibly float to multiple clinics as needed, including Benchmark, Drayer, Results Clinics, and others.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed, and coordinate overtime hours with the director.
• Contribute to patient care plan development and ensure quality therapy services.

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license for the state of Kentucky.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to accept first-time travelers.
• Ability to work full shifts (8 hours).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ortho, vestibular, geriatric, or sports-related therapy.
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and manage multiple clinic locations.
