Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) center.
• Collaborate with the Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to obtain additional center-specific details.
• Deliver therapy sessions in accordance with patient needs and clinical best practices.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress reports.
• Adhere to all regulatory and facility requirements to ensure quality care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Ability to work 8.5-hour shifts.
• Prior experience working in a healthcare or SNF setting preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Notes
