• Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

• Lenox, MA
Schedule / Job Type
• Part-time or Full-time available; weekdays and weekends; flexible schedule; open to part-time SLP roles as an alternative to full-time
Key Responsibilities
• Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Support patients in improving communication and swallowing functions
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress
Required Qualifications
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Ability to work 8.5-hour shifts in a healthcare environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with SNF populations is preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in skilled nursing facilities or healthcare settings
• Knowledge of interdisciplinary collaboration in patient care
