Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
• Collaborate with the Director of Rehabilitation to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate therapy records
• Participate in team meetings and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and supportive environment for patients and staff
• Adhere to facility policies and standards of practice

Required Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license or certification
• Ability to work full-time hours, including weekdays and weekends with flexibility
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in a SNF or similar healthcare setting preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working as an SLP in a long-term care environment
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations related to therapy services
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse patient needs
