- Full-time, day shift, 3x12s (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform assessments.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
Required Qualifications
- Active South Carolina nursing license or compact license in hand prior to start.
- BLS certification is required; ACLS required; NIH preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain tele competency and charge nurse experience is preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in community hospital settings.
- Experience working in a Level III Trauma hospital.
- Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system.
