Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

• Orangeburg, SC

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 3x12-hour days (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care in a busy community hospital setting within Medical Surgical/Tele units.
• Manage patient assessments, medication administration, and ongoing monitoring.
• Float within scope to meet facility needs across similar units.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Participate in team collaboration to deliver quality patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications
• South Carolina RN license or Compact license in hand prior to start.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical Surgical/Tele experience.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and NIH certifications are preferred.
• Telemetry competency required; previous charge nurse experience preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Community hospital experience.
• Ability to float within scope to different units as needed.
