• Night shifts, 3x12 hours per week, full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care for medical-surgical/telemetry patients in a community hospital setting
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and respond to patient needs
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system for documentation and charting
• Float within scope as needed to support department coverage
• Follow all hospital policies, including VCU's natural nail policy and fingerprinting requirements for ER and Psych candidates

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent medical-surgical or telemetry nursing experience
• Valid Virginia or compact state RN license in hand at time of submission
• Epic EMR experience required
• Ability to start promptly with completed background checks and fingerprinting results
• Must include SSN, DOB, address, phone, email, and shift availability upfront
• Weekday and weekend availability preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous community hospital experience preferred
• BSN degree preferred
