Job Title
• Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant

Location
• Spartanburg, SC

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy assistant services to patients in a home health setting
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Assist in patient assessments and progress documentation
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress

Required Qualifications
• Valid South Carolina PTA license (or pending license accepted with prior approval)
• Minimum of 1-2 years of home health experience preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Recent EPIC software experience preferred but not required
• Ability to pass required cardiac dysrhythmia and moderate sedation tests during orientation

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous home health experience highly regarded
• Familiarity with home health documentation and workflows
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
